Long Club Run – Saturday 21st April – 6am – Kenjara Lodge – 2 loops of 28km each. 2 groups, one at around 6-6:15 avg pace and one at around 6:45-7min/km pace, including stops. If you are interested in doing this, please contact hilton@lejn.co.za. Runners and Volunteers are needed.

Well done.
It involves guessing the time you will finish either the 5 or 8km route in. We will take down your estimated time before hand (so please arrive a few minutes earlier), then we will take results and names as normal with your actual time jotted down, which we will then compare your estimate. The guy and girl closest to their guessed time will get a prize. Prizes sponsored by Pantelli’s and Pearson and Pearson Biokinetics.
