All – we are short a club secretary. This is an important as licenses and membership are key to the club running as it were. I have decided to split the position into two, a primary and secondary as this will lighten the load on any one person making it very manageable. Please read through the responsibilities and put your hand up – our club needs you. Lastly, the two positions will work closely together as the membership list is what everything runs around.

Primary – Owner of the Membership list/FWG Interaction access control Answer general queries – website e-mail Happy if you answer requests 2 times a week … e-mail only. Manage the new members & old member joining process (Dec – March 80% done. 20% join throughout the year, till October-ish.) Keep committee updated with latest list Keep FWG updated with latest list Clearance letters for people leaving the club. (Maybe 30 letters max. Standard template, fill in name and number.) For AGM, send out notices, nomination forms, minutes, proxies, etc. (To be done once at the end of the year.)

Secondary – CGA Interaction/Correspondance Receive Club members ASA signed forms for license application. (Form is on the web – just collect – check membership list) CGA license request. (Jan – May. We buy extra to use through the year .. not a 1 by 1) Manage GCA refund for unused numbers Before end Q2 Communicate CGA correspondence to the committee: 2-3 per year (e-mail) Pick up Club post (Monthly or see how full the box is)
