About FRR Tri
Fourways Roadrunners Tri section was formed in 2008 from the growing number of members that were participating in both duathlon and triathlon events. This sub-sections aims to provide an identity and a home to multisports athletes who reside in our feeder area, offering community, club training times and support to these athletes.
To be a member of Fourways Tri you must join the Fourways Roadrunners club. There is no additional membership/joining fee to being a Tri member. Optional Fourways Tri kit is standard 2XU apparel available from our sponsors The Sweat Shop. Branding is arranged by the Sweat Shop on order.
