FG Access Codes for Non-Resident TYPE1 All non-residents TYPE1 are required to get a FWG access card. For those new members and previous members who do not have access cards, you will need to apply for the access card directly at the FWG Estate Office (week days before 16h00). Once you have completed your membership forms and payment has been received, your name will be submitted to the estate office for card processing – normally within 7 days of you license form/payment has been verified. There is a fee associated with the card and if it is the first time, a code of conduct together with the application form will need to be signed. This you can do at the estate office. So, on the day you would like to get your access card, call the estate office and let them know you need a code to process your access card, say that afternoon. Take R100 for a new card with you and the rest can be done at the estate office. Please note that loss of a FWG access card must be reported and renewed directly with the Estate Office. Access codes will no longer be given out from the end of February. If your card is inactive for over 30days (no entries into the estate) it will need to be reactivated: For reactivation – give a bit of lead time … at least 72 hours notice to be safe. Either call the Fourways Gardens Estate Office on 011 465 7731 or e-mail Hayley at the estate office for reactivation: Hayley@fwg.co.zaLast and very importantly – it is forbidden to give your card to someone else to use. They have your picture on the card and it will be picked up by the guards. Access will then be terminated. |
